Description

Melafine Cream is a blend of three medications: Hydroquinone, Mometasone and Tretinoin, which treats melasma (dim spots on skin). Hydroquinone is a skin lightening drug. It decreases the amount of a skin pigment (melanin) that causes darkening of skin. This impact is reversible. Mometasone is a steroid which obstructs the creation of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Tretinoin is a type of vitamin A that encourages the skin to reestablish itself all the more quickly.
