Overactive bladder medicine
Miratide 25 mg (mirabegron) extended-release tablets are used to treat symptoms of an overactive bladder (OAB) and neurogenic detrusor overactivity (NDO). Mirabegron is a beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist. It works by relaxing the detrusor muscle in the bladder wall. This relaxation increases the bladder's capacity to hold urine, which helps to reduce the frequency and urgency of urination and the number of incontinence episodes.
